1. General Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all purchases are final once the product has been delivered.

Refunds are generally not available. Where a product has a specific replacement warranty, eligible issues will be handled through replacement only, subject to the conditions below.

2. 1-Month & 3-Month Nitro IDs

• No Refunds: No refunds or replacements are provided after purchase.
• No Term-Wave Coverage: No refund, replacement, or compensation will be provided for accounts affected by a Discord term wave, ban wave, or platform-wide enforcement.
• Required Proof: A continuous, unedited recording must be started before payment and continued until the account is received, accessed, and the required instructions are completed.
• Claims without the required recording may be rejected.

3. Nitro Promo Links

• No Refunds: Nitro Promo Links are non-refundable.
• Required Proof: A continuous, unedited recording must be started before payment and continued until the promo link is received and checked for validity/redeemability.
• If the promo is invalid upon delivery, the required recording must be provided for the claim to be reviewed.
• Claims without the required recording may be rejected.

4. EVs (Email Verified Accounts)

• 24-Hour Replacement Warranty: Eligible EV accounts are covered for 24 hours from the exact time of purchase.
• Replacement Only: No monetary refunds will be provided. Valid claims are handled through replacement.
• No Term-Wave Coverage: No replacement, refund, or compensation will be provided for accounts affected by a Discord term wave, ban wave, or platform-wide enforcement.
• Required Proof: A continuous, unedited recording must be started before payment and continued until the account is received, accessed, and the required instructions are completed.
• Security Requirement: The customer must change the account password and rotate/change the account token immediately after receiving the account.
• The warranty may be void if the account has domain-lock issues, is used with flagged, leaked, or unauthorized tools, or the required proof is not provided.

5. 3-Month Spotify Premium Accounts

• No Refunds: No refunds or replacements are provided after purchase.
• Required Proof: A continuous, unedited recording must be started before payment and continued until the account is received, accessed, and all required instructions are completed.
• The recording is compulsory and may be required if the account is found to be invalid upon initial delivery.
• Claims without the required recording may be rejected.
• Inactive Account: The account must be used and verified after delivery. If the account remains inactive and subsequently stops working or loses access, no refund, replacement, or compensation will be provided.

6. Aged Discord Accounts

• No Refunds: No refunds or replacements are provided after purchase.
• No Term-Wave Coverage: No refund, replacement, or compensation will be provided for accounts affected by a Discord term wave, ban wave, or platform-wide enforcement.

7. Fraudulent or Invalid Claims

Vice Store reserves the right to reject claims containing:

• Edited or manipulated recordings.
• False or misleading information.
• Incomplete evidence.
• Evidence that does not cover the required purchase and verification process.
• Claims submitted outside the applicable warranty period.

Fraudulent claims may result in the suspension or termination of access to Vice Store services.

8. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

Customers are encouraged to contact Vice Store through the official support channels before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback so that the issue can be reviewed.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in the suspension or termination of associated services.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

9. Final Review

All refund or replacement requests are subject to verification against the applicable product terms, order records, evidence provided, and circumstances of the claim.

A request that does not meet the applicable requirements may be denied.

10. Policy Changes

Vice Store reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time.

Changes become effective once published. The effective date may be updated when appropriate.

11. Customer Acknowledgment

By purchasing from Vice Store, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy and the applicable Terms of Service.
